Having experienced the gaps in such skills during my 25 year career as a healthcare professional, I've designed this mentorship programme to take you, the new managers and the aspiring leaders on a 12 month journey of growth and development.

Having worked with professionals in healthcare, education, business and tech, I've noticed how developing the right leadership mindset transforms not only performance and service delivery, but also wellbeing and fulfilment. My mentorship programme is designed to develop leaders who feel confident, valued and capable of inspiring others to thrive.

With one participant sharing that "there have been many big changes for her personally and professionally in the last year." When you join this programme, you will embark on a journey to:

- Define your authentic leadership identity and lead with courage, confidence and clarity.

- Lead with authenticity and emotional resilience, free from self-judgement and limiting narratives.
- Communicating with clarity, confidence and influence to build trust, engagement and motivation across teams.
- Inspire through compassionate, values driven leadership that aligns, motivates and empowers others to lead by example
- Apply transformative leadership principles that create sustainable cultural and organisational change.
Programme duration:
- Tier 1 - 3 months - Lead from within: cultivating self-awareness and authentic leadership
- Tier 2 - 6 months - Navigate change with confidence: building and leading adaptive and resilient teams
- Tier 3 - 12 months - Facilitate leadership development programmes: helping teams transform their culture from inside out
Programme structure:
- One day a month for 3, 6 or 12 months
- One mid-point virtual group catch up
- Start date: To be negotiated
- Small, intimate group size; no more than 6 per group
- Live, in person meetings for higher impact
